Browns Developments Ltd is a Northamptonshire based company specialising in building houses and converting barns commercially and privately in local villages. Well-known and respected for our stone-built properties and barn conversions for over more than 20 years, we are CHAS accredited and members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen.

The company was incorporated on 30th September 1987 and is NHBC registered (no. 56331). Our contracting division prides itself on its customer support and service and gets most of its businesss via word-of-mouth recommendations.

We are select about the projects we will undertake as our ability to work with clients of a similar mind set is of paramount importance. Our properties are all constructed with consideration for the local environment and architecture and are built to highest quality specifications.
